 Where is your service area?
We are located on Brisbane's Northside in the Moreton Bay region. We encourage you to contact us to ensure that we do operate in your Suburb.

What services do you offer? 
We provide doggy day care adventures. We are trained Pawfessionals and offer a fun, safe and enjoyable environment for your pets regardless of which service you require - whether it's for a few hours or an extended period.

How do you transport our FurKids?
We have a purpose built van that has 12+ crates, which has an airconditioner in the main cabin where alll the FurKids are safe and sound.

Is it safe for there to be all the different dogs at adventures?
YES! We have a strict and detailed intake and commencement protocol that we follow, which includes evaluating your FurKid's behaviour and temperament.

Does my FurKid need to be vaccinated or desexed/spayed?
Furbiz requires all FurKids to be fully vaccinated, wormed & receive tick/flea preventative treatments. All FurKids must be desexed/spayed to utilise our services.

How do I make a reservation for my FurKid?
Simply review our forms located under the Enroll Your FurKid tab, complete the FurKid Client Registration Form and return this via email to us. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will contact you to do our client introduction and discuss your FurKid and your selected service.

When do you do Doggy Day Adventures?
Our Adventures operate Monday-Friday all year round, excluding public holidays. We do close over the Christmas/New Year period - our closure time is always communicated to our clients prior to. 

Do you do Doggy Day Adventures in all weather?
We conduct our operations regardless of the weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme weather, we will promptly inform our clients if there is a need to reschedule the adventures

What do I need to send with my FurKid on their adventures?
Nothing - we take care of all of this for you. However, if your FurKid does get car sick, we ask that you provide a towel. We also ask that you don't send any treats or toys with your FurKid for their Adventure day.

Are there any restrictions on age or breed of dogs to attend Doggy Day Adventures?
We generally accept FurKids of all ages and breeds. Some restrictions may apply based on your FurKid's health and behaviour.
